Left In Britain

Published by Primary Source Microfilm

A non-sectarian, non-party project, this collection has been assembled, indexed and reproduced from material that, until now, was unavailable in any library in the world. It is invaluable for the study of left-wing movements and ideas in Britain in the 20th century.

Dating back to 1904, the main coverage is concentrated on important left-wing groups and publications that have emerged in Britain since the 1950s. The collection is divided into five parts with full descriptions of the political movements concerned. It includes annual indexes, offering reel and fiche contents as well as a full listing of all participating groups and papers.
