La Biomecanica: puentes entre la ingenieria y las ciencia biomedicas
Published by Universidad de Zaragoza/Digita
The aim of the course and the work is to present the latest advances in biomechanics and Mechanobiology, newly developing sciences that deal with the analysis and prediction of the mechanics of living beings, and thus contribute to characterize the behavior of tissues and organs live from the structural point of view, to predict the microstructural changes that suffer from various alterations and to propose and evaluate methods of artificial intervention. Both sciences require a major multidisciplinary effort among biologists, physicians, mathematicians, physicists, chemists and engineers.
