This database is even more powerful with the addition of our new Career Module, which consists of the Career Assessment, the Resume Builder and the Virtual Careers Library. The Career Assessment helps users map a career path through a brief multiple-choice exam that determines their Holland Type, which matches their answers to job categories, industries, and occupations that are most suitable to them. The Resume Builder helps users build outstanding, appealing resumes based on the stage of their career and type of position they are applying for. It also includes help tools specific to the user including high school students, those transitioning out of the military, and those looking for internships. The Virtual Careers Library provides resume, cover letter, and interviewing tips for users starting out in high school to the seasoned professional that is changing careers.
