Occidente de Mexico - Colima, Jalisco y Nayarit en la Epoca Prehispanica
Published by Fundacion Cultural Armella Spitalier
Ceramics in the West part of Mexico acquired an important relevance in the history of prehispanic cultures due to their recurring use of funerary offerings in the tradition of Tumbas de Tiro or Shaft Tomb Tradition. In this issue we analyze the environmental circumstances that favored the refinement of the aesthetic taste and its relation to the transition between life and death.
