For U.S. and Canadian customers

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable in Canada and all but the following states: AK, DE, MT, NM and OR. If your institution qualifies for a tax exemption, please provide your number. (Your certificate must be on file with Primary Source Media.)

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling of microform products are billed as follows:

U.S. and Canada: 3%; U.S. subscriptions: 6%; Canadian subscriptions: 9%
Shipping and handling are free with all prepaid, non-subscription orders.

CD/ROM shipping and handling:
$5.95 per disc
