Inset boxes include "Setting up the Debate Rules," an excerpt from a five-volume collection of "The Debates in the Several State Conventions on the Adoption of the Federal Constitution." The information can be found elsewhere and in more depth, but this does give a thumbnail sketch for that student who has a report due the next day and needs something fast.
