Students using this will learn a little more about dominant and recessive genes and genetic mutation. They are introduced to "The Importance of Height," "What are Growth Disorders?" "Diagnosing Growth Disorders," "Treating Growth Disorders," "Living with Growth Disorders," and "On the Horizon." Perhaps if they study the reasons behind growth disorders they will be less likely to taunt people who are very short or very tall or who have other obvious mutations.
