Opposing Viewpoints Series

Offering both sides of controversial issues, this series maintains a standard format with four chapters, a periodical bibliography, questions for further discussion, organizations to contact and a bibliography of books. Chapters have an introduction to the articles found in published journals and reports; graphs, charts, cartoons and inset boxes expand the text, and some chapters have a bibliography of periodical articles to encourage further study. Because they offer two points of view, they will be very helpful to students preparing for debates.
