Matt Dalio: China Care Founder Matt Dalio had visited China many times and lived there for one year. As a high school student who was concerned about the plight of children in orphanages, he founded a project, China Care, to encourage Chinese families to provide foster care. When raising funds was successful enough, medical attention was given to children with severe medical problems. When he entered college, he began a club network at his and other universities around the country.
