Career Transitions walks students through the entire career exploration process – from resume-building to skill development to job placement – supporting their transition from secondary to post-secondary education endeavors and/or family-sustaining careers. Career Transitions helps:
- School counselors guide students' career development by providing tools students need while fulfilling many of the competencies from the ASCA National Standards for School Counseling Programs
- Students prepare to enter the 21st-century workforce by exposing them to careers suited to their skills and interests
- Communities as a whole by increasing the nation's supply of highly qualified, goal-oriented workers
To this end, Career Transitions assists students from all backgrounds and levels of comfort with technology. It offers a practical, personalized and guided experience that integrates all the tools needed in the career exploration and development process, including:
